Studio session

Clean, controlled setup.

More natural and relaxed.

We can shoot in the city or in more natural locations like parks.

The same person can look completely different depending on the location, styling and lighting.

Where your session takes place depends on which atmosphere of the photos feels closer to you. Check out the kind of photos we can create in a photography studio – photo session Wrocław.

A studio session has the undeniable advantage of being independent of the weather and time of day. By using flash lighting, the face is always very well lit. Flash lighting also offers a broad scope for image creation. In the studio, the subject is one-on-one with the photographer, and with the background of favorite music, we create a series of photos. The studio session also has the benefit of allowing for several different outfits, from formal looks like a shirt and blazer to more casual, everyday styles like jeans and a t-shirt.

Bring a few outfits with you to have at least two different styles. One formal, consisting of an elegant shirt along with a blazer, and another more casual, like jeans and a t-shirt. It’s important to remember that the clothes should not have flashy logos or prints, as we don’t want them to distract from the face. Also, make sure the clothes are ironed!

If you already have a concept in mind for your men’s photo session or an idea for a profile picture, you can bring some inspiration you’ve found online. These can be examples of my photographs, but also pictures from other photographers. If you’ve been inspired by a specific shot, we can try to recreate it during the session!

What else is important in portrait photos? Just as important as the final result in the form of photos is the process of photographing itself. An experienced portrait photographer will ensure an atmosphere during the session that makes the person in front of the camera feel confident. Feeling awkward, uncertain, or shy is a natural reaction when standing in front of a portrait photographer’s lens, especially if we have no experience posing and it’s our first session.

That’s precisely why the session cannot last just 10 minutes. We take the time to relax, talk, and get used to the new situation, and then natural portrait photos appear on their own. One thing that certainly helps build confidence during the session is viewing the photos on the camera screen during the shoot. This way, you can monitor the results in real time to ensure we’re heading in the right direction.

An experienced photographer conducts the session efficiently, ensuring there is no awkward silence during it, and the person being photographed knows exactly what to do.
